Hi guys! So recently my pc has been having some issues, the cpu fan is running EXTREMELH loud even after turning fan curve down in bios, my cpu temps have gone from 55 at load to 66-70 at load, (I have an aio) I have also been experiencing extreme input delay in games. Also, the aio makes a couple of weird noises when it turns on. Any ideas?

Don't take this as certain, but it sounds like your AIO is causing the problems, put simply it sounds like its not doing its job, which the weird sounds might be a part of.

Maybe air bubbles, how is the radiator seated in relation to the pump? The fans on the radiator shouldn't be running loud only based off the temperatures since 70c isn't overheating. So something else seems to be the issue. What software do you use to set the fan curves? And also regards to the input delay in games, it's most likely not due to the temperature since again, 70 isn't overheating.

However it might be 70 degrees because it's throttling and that's why you're experiencing stuttering/delay or whatever. Use something like Open Hardware Monitor to check your clock speeds and temperatures.

I have the asus bios, I have never updated it. I will try to check my clock speeds
