(Help)Weird gpu situation

So the sitation is like this. Im making a pc for someone i know and everything is working except for the gpu, error code 43. I tested this gpu in my pc and there it works flawlessly. So then I tested with my gpu in the pc im building and it works there flawlessly. So the only thing that doesn't work is the new gpu in the new pc

 

I am very confused on what it can be and wanted to see if anyone had any information on this and how to possibly solve it.

 

What I have tried:

Reinstalling drivers

Use older drivers

Use DDU

Update mb bios

Reinstall windows, twice, ones through usb-stick and once through windows

 

Windows 10 is up to date

 

Parts in new pc:

Ryzen 5 3600

Gigabyte A520M S2H

Msi gtx 1660 super 6gb

 

My gpu: Asus gtx 1060 6gb

 

Something that might tell is a windows message everytime windows starts after it goes black for a few seconds saying - force reinstallation of graphics driver.

 

Any help will be appriciated!

Did you install AMD's chipset drivers?

even chipset drivers? those won't show up in device manager as outdated or anything - has to be downloaded from motherboard manufacturer usually and might just be the thing the new gpu needs (newest version) otherwise this kinda sounds DOA...

Yes even the chipset drivers like i said to the other person that responded. Well it isn't dead since it works in my pc without problems.

The cards needs a brake down and a clean i guess.

Its a new card
