Boot issue

So basically I tried adding a new hdd to my pc using my cd drive's sata cable but what I didnt realize is that my cd drive was first on the boot priority list and idk how but when I tried plugging my cd drive back in it didn't work and now my pc turns on then immediately turns off. Help

Either go into bios and change the boot order to make the old drive number 1 or switch the cables around. Also make sure the power cable of the old drive hasn't gotten loose.
