ASUS TUF RTX 2060 loud and running hot

Sxies

Hey everyone! My GPU keeps running hot and the fan is super loud when it goes over 40% (at around 60 degrees). I've tried many things such as underclocking but it didn't help me much, capping my FPS but I'm getting tired of that since I'm just losing competitive advantage, custom fan curve (everything in afterburner) & now I don't have many options left. I also can't RMA my GPU because it's been 3 months since I got my new PC & all GPUs are currently out of stock so yeah I have to struggle with this one...
1 more thing to mention is that I don't even have the OC variant of this GPU.
It usually stays between 65-75 or more degrees celsius (rainbow six siege for example) and my FPS are locked @ 100 otherwise I would get 250 but 80+ degrees. By the way, I'm not even using the highest settings, I use something between medium-high.
Same with other games such as GTA 5, Rocket League.
I do wanna mention that I got a really good case (Aqirys Canopus) with 5 fans, 2 intake & 3 exhaust & pretty decent cable management.
Does anyone else have this GPU & struggling with the same issue? Have you fixed it?
Thanks in advance!

Those temps are not too bad, how is the air flow in your case?

Really decent. The hot air is quickly pulled outside and I can feel it with my hands

As someone with blower cards, I don't think 40% fan speed should not be loud, it may be audible, but not loud.

It starts getting loud...But when it reaches 50%+ (usually @ 70+ degrees) it's pain for my ears...even when using the headset.

Looking it up, a few people say it is a little noisy, I think it may be the frequency made by fans.
