Your GPU is running too hot and slowing down to avoid dying or melting.

Where do you run your laptop - on your bed, on a table, etc.?

Well, you could get a cooling pad.

My dad has one for his laptop - it's like a little table that has fans in it.

You could also repaste the GPU, though it probably doesn't need it - being Intel 10th gen and RTX 2000.

How loud do your fans get?
