You've listed "the needed specs" and now you're suggesting that they represent your budget @jackielee..?

In one country your specs could cost $1500 and in another country $2500.

So we ask again: What is your budget and also where are you from? Most importantly if you'd like for someone to provide you with useful information please tell us what you'd like your computer to do for you primarily?

is it possible to be $600 something?

This @jackielee:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 or Intel Core i7

Memory(RAM): 16GB or higher

Graphics: RTX2060

SSD: 500GB or higher

HDD: 1TB or higher

is pretty much impossible with a $600 budget nowadays. GPU prices, RAM prices and even certain CPU prices have been rising for the last couple of months.

AMD RX 580's which used to cost $160 brand now now cost more than $300 in some cases.

Of course, understood. We'll be looking at an efficient price/performace machine.

So we have all the information we need EXCEPT for your budget @jackielee. Please finalize, because you just went from $600 to $1500.

I understand @jackielee, but a price is what you're comfortable spending. Computers can cost anywhere from $300 to $10000. So your budget is exactly that - yours. I think $1500 is a very healthy amount for a new computer and should allow you to build a very nice system, no doubt. Will it be the best? No. Will it be bad? No, FAR from it!

What type of games do you play?

I made this parts list for you it doesn’t include a gpu because they are really expensive right now I recommend waiting a phew months and buying a rtx 3060 or 3060 ti https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Kes2006/saved/#view=WcprvK
