Fallout 76 insta crash

So I got FALLOUT 76 on steam during the presidents' day sale, finally got it downloaded, tried to login, and the game instantly freezes and crashes when I hit "login"

 

System specs

Ryzen 5 2600x

RX 480 8gb running AMD 21.2.2 drivers

ASRock B450 Pro4

16 GB (2x8) corsair vengeance RAM CL16

Seasonic FOCUS GX550 gold

WD easystore 240GB boot drive

WD Blue 2TB game library drive

All game files have been verified and checked by steam

 

Any ideas why it auto crashes, or is this just Bethesda not caring to fix a game breaking bug?
