Resetting a computer

How do you reset a school computer. I got a dell laptop for having my tuition pay off. So yes it’s mine and it’s not a loaner. Anyways, I transfers schools and I am in this computer business class, that requires citrix to be download, but it won’t let me because It says I need to be logged on as an administrator. I need this done ASAP. I don’t have time to fall behind.

Go start click restart and hold shift then go reset this pc enter password and your good to go.
