problem with computer

hey guys iv got a problem i did a hard drive scan and it showed an caution sign beside Current Pending Errors Count, Uncorrectable Errors Count im using HDDscan and also when i boot up my computer always shows rundll32.exe has stopped responding anyways to fix this really need help

First, please backup... LIKE RIGHT NOW!  then try run a virus scan with both Malwarebytes and TDSS killer and also run sfc /scannow in cmd as admin hope this helps

iv ran malwarebytes and scan and iv gotten nothing

just ran TDSS killer and no threats were found
