Changing my Case, Motherboard and Cpu

Yeah, that works.

It is a modular power supply, so that will mean the cables i add onto the power supply will stick out a bit more. Because of the connection to the PSU.

Ahh. It will fit despite the graphics card because the connectors are at the bottom of the psu.

Ok thanks, like you said it should just fit. So now all i need to do is sell my i5 3570k, Asus p8z77-v lk and Cooler master HAF 912, and then i can buy the new stuff.
