You'll need to download the driver from AMD. Here's the link to the driver for your card.

No, you go to the AMD driver pagg, select the rx5500xt and download the latest "recomended" driver. All 5500xts use the same drivers.

I could use some help with this!

It is literally the same as with an nVidia GPU...

You grab the latest drivers from AMD's website (just like how you grab the drivers off nVidia's website).

how much are you buying it for?

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

That's... er... That's a really bad price. Right now is a *really* bad time to buy a GPU. the 5500xt is worth around ~$150 USD. There's a lot of demand for GPUs, but not a lot of stock, so prices are absolutely through the roof.

Oh my bad it is rx 5600 xt. The price of rx 5500 xt 4gb here is 220 dollars 

Eh. That's not a horrible price, if you don't mind paying a little extra for the GPU I'd say it's fine to go ahead with that.
