Is there anyway of figuring out how long you've spent watching YouTube videos? 

 

I want to know how long I've "wasted".

Go to your history and add all the video times together.

I've watched 10,000+ videos...

Go to your history and add all the video times together.

That's an other way of wasting your time.

Well the average length of a YouTube video is about 4 minutes (http://www.journalism.org/2012/07/16/video-length/) so you do the math. Obviously if you tend to watch longer videos, just take that into account.
