PCPP says this

In compatibility, I wanna know if the cooler comes with one or do I need to buy one or is pcpp completely wrong (cpu is ryzen 5 5600x)

Check the store page you are gonna use. But in reality, AM4 has been a thing for past 3+ years. Its small miracle if you happen to get that one unit which was forgotten to some drawer and doesn't have AM4 bracket.
