Hey i am using an ethernet cable for my PC and i am downloading a game off chrome and it keeps saying Failed - Network Error but i press resume let it go for a bit then it will Do it again. It drops out sometimes in games too and i just get around 10 seconds of being unable to move. Can someone help?

  1. Power cycle the router/modem
  2. Uninstall the current ethernet drivers and install the latest version
  3. Try another ethernet cable

There are 2 sides to a download. Your side and their side. Are you able to download something fairly large from somewhere else to see if it's your end or theirs?
Eg. Use chrome and try downloading one of these files https://www.thinkbroadband.com/download

and see if it happens with that too. If it is only happening with your game then I would guess their server is the issue.
