I've been out of the loop of PCs for a bit and at the same time Mini PCs and  these integrated graphics processor combos i know nothing about, just looking for the most powerful machine for 300USD, currently taking a look at this one, any suggestions or listings would be greatly appreciated.

check out the Intel Nuc's

sometimes you can find an older nuc with an i3 7/8th gen for quite cheap, then add an m.2 and some ram and you've got a killer google chrome pc

keep in mind that helping with problems is hard if you aren't specific and detailed.

i'm also not a professional, (yet) so make sure to personally verify important information as i could be wrong.
