I was told 1030s push into the capacities of iGPUs and APUs, so unless you’ve got an old chip and don’t want to play games there isn’t a lot of point to them.  Just get a cpu with an integrated gpu. A 480 would be faster and about the same price.  Would use a lot more electricity of course.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
