So my friend has a pc that wont post and it is either a problem with the motherboard or the cpu or both but I had an idea to fix it. I was thinking about about bringing my pc to his house and swapping cpus to see if my cpu will work in his system and to see his will work in mine. Are there any problems that can happen from doing this?
