iMac cpu upgrade

hello everyone, since quarantine started i have been using a 2011 iMac 27 inch to do my schoolwork and stuff since it's quieter than my main pc 

it currently has an i5 2500s, 24gb of ram(ya i know weird amount but whatever) and a 500gb ssd

my question to the community is: what's the highest end cpu i can put in this thing?(including xeons and everything)

 

i should mention that in regards to thermals, anything up to like 95w should be fine since the i5 goes up to 70c but the fans don't ramp up at all(meaning they remain at the speed they are at idle not that they are turned off)

so we should be good

my bad its a 2011 but no its 27 inches not 21.5

No worries, they made a million versions, and it's difficult to keep track of them all.
