Recording software refusing to pick up mic audio

I'm using mirilis action software, and it can pick up game and chat audio. Only problem is that it keeps on refusing to pick up my Razer Kraken Pro mic audio. Windows shows that it detects my mic audio even my sound card is detecting it. But the mirilis action software just wont do it. And Idk why.... Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!!!!

Promise it that you will buy it sweets after it finishes school...

 

Seriously though, try checking the options menu's, if not disable all of the other mic's in windows
