Ram upgrades?

What’s up, I recently bought a Lenovo flex 5 14inch laptop with a ryzen 3 4300u and 4gb of ram. I just want to know if anyone has this same laptop and know if I can add another 4gb ram to it to get dual channel. I was checking around and most sources said it only has one slot and some said it has two. It hasn’t been delivered to me as yet so I can’t open it up and find out myself.

I don't own the laptop, but from what I found out from 2 teardown videos, is that there is one place for ram under the protective cover, and not upgradable beyond 16 gigs. No dual channel unfortunately.

And the existing RAM is most probably soldered on to the board, acc to some online sources.
