1. Budget & Location

My location iis Europe or more specific the Netherlands, but I can mostly buy in most european countries as long as it in Euros.

2. Aim

The system I want to use for work, but that is just microscopic image processing. I really want it to be more ready for gaming. Currently I have a laptop that works fine for all the work stuff, but not for gaming. The game that asks the most is Escape from Tarkov and this game I would like to play at 1080i with most settings high and then of course a stable fps above 60.

3. Monitors

2 monitors, but nothing fancy or the most state of the art, so no 4k. probably 1x1080 and 1x 1440

4. Peripherals

Probably gone install windows and I don't need any mouse or keyboards for now.

5. Why are you upgrading?

currently a laptop, want to go to a desktop.

So I am made a list based of some things I read on the internet or other recommendation lists that were available, is my first time trying to setup my own computer. I am looking for a desktop that can handle most things for the next 4/5 years if I need to upgrade a bit that is okay. I am thinking around a budget of 1000-1500, but it is not fixed if reasonable argument says that it wil be slightly higher I am fine with that. Not looking for fancy visual stuffs.

made some things cheaper, the cpu coolers are very similar performance wise just went from black to gray and a little cheaper. Psu doesn’t need crazy efficiency unless you want that
