I'd personally pick the Corsair PSU since they are a top of the line according to the PSU Tier List. Go for the unit with the longest warranty period, test reviews show its a good unit or refer to the PSU Tier List, and best customer reviews.

Main System Specifications:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X ||  CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 Air Cooler ||  RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB(4x8GB) DDR4-3600 CL18  ||  Mobo: ASUS ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero X570  ||  SSD: Samsung 970 EVO 1TB M.2-2280 Boot Drive/Some Games)  ||  HDD: 2X Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB(Game Drive)  ||  GPU: ASUS TUF Gaming RX 6900XT  ||  PSU: EVGA P2 1600W  ||  Case: Corsair 5000D Airflow  ||  Mouse: Logitech G502 Hero SE RGB  ||  Keyboard: Logitech G513 Carbon RGB with GX Blue Clicky Switches  ||  Mouse Pad: MAINGEAR ASSIST XL ||  Monitor: ASUS TUF Gaming VG34VQL1B 34"

Nzxt one is the cheapest, should I get that instead of the RM850, all are 10 year warranty so no worries here

Well that is based on seasonic focus which does not handle the rtx 3000 series well. RM will be better for your gpu

The NZXT is a good model as well (Tier A on PSU Tier List) so that's not a problem there.

If you want to go with an 850 unit (there's not really a different between the RM750 and RM850 other than the wattage, same quality/reliability), you can go with that if you want. I'm not going to force you to pick that one over the RM750.

The Seasonic FOCUS PSUs are known to have issues with high transient GPUs such as the Vega and Ampere graphics cards so they should be avoided when using these cards with these PSU models.

Overall, its personal preference at this point.

EDIT: Removed 'x' from RM PSU names

RMx is the older version but pretty good quality, can't find anywhere in the market. RM is the newer have some features that RMx does not.

RMx has Japanese Capacitors that RM don't. So now probably Corsair is the better out of the three?

Oops, my bad for putting the extra X on the end, I'll have to change that and between the two (RMx and RM) are both great.

I'd pick the Corsair unit from the three options you have.

Seasonic Focus GM/GX/new PX (past OneSeasonic) which the NZXT C is reskinned from have no issues with Ampere. It is the Focus Plus platform (V1/V2) that had problems with OCP causing the units to shutdown.
