USB not showing up

I have a USB and when i plug it into my computer there is the sound that windows registers it but it doesn't come up in file explorer it also isn't showing up in the Disk Management app. The USB also has a light and at the end which flashes when it's in the computer and it flashes. What's going on?

Have you tried putting the usb stick into different usb ports on your computer?

Have you tried using different usb sticks to see if they show up?

Have you tried rebooting your pc?

I tied rebooting, different ports and different USB's and computers
