CPU/MB noise

Hi, can anyone identify this noise I believe it’s coming from my CPU (not the fan) or SSD if it’s possible for it to make this noise. It affects my game as I’m having FPS drops so any help would be appreciated.

All I hear are the fans....

SSDs can't make noise, they have no moving parts. 

 

It sounds like coil whine honestly. 

Check the temps on the Cpu and Gpu.

I really can't really hear anything that stands out more than the fans. Coil whine doesn't always register well under normal recording settings. Maybe the coil whine is same as what I from my system.
