a blue screen

recently I have encountered a blue screen twice, both error being the same thing: Kernal auto boost invalid lock release. The most recent problem I encountered happened when I was in a game of csgo and I decided to switch the song that was playing at the time (using media keys on my keyboard). I've been searching for a while and nothing seems to be giving me a definitive answer. help would be appreciated, thanks.

Have you overclocked anything in your computer?

Are all of your drivers up to date? (including keyboard and mouse drivers)

Have you run any stability tests for memory, cpu etc?
