CPU under performing issue..

My bios had a 'game boost' option beside xmp so i put that on and it oc all the cores to 4.2ghz and i set the ram to 3200mhz and here is the results

Then idk what could the problem be, rn I have no ideas, maybe the chip itself is worse, maybe the mobo...
