Can't install windows 10

Hi so i have a kinda big problem with my pc let me explain, so in de morning i was playing some games and it suddenly froze so i thought i restart my pc but than it wouldn't boot any more and it was stuck on the bios screen ( gigabyte logo) and said preparing automatic repair, than i have tried multiple times to restart and even did cmos battery but non of it works, then i tried to reinstall windows but that where the problem begun to be bigger i guess?! i made a usb with windows setup en put it select boot drive and it began to load a blue windows logo with loading circle and it froze again. this is where i am no and i don't have any idea to fix this. i hope you guys can help me

So the last time I had this issue it was when one of my ram sticks got slightly dislodged. Everytime I would try to install windows it would freeze on the loading wheel after a little bit. Try reinstalling the ram to make sure they are fully secured all the way. That or maybe a ram stick went bad and you may have to try and boot with only one stick or ram and try different slots. I just know the last time I had a similar issue it was a ram issue.
