Error code help

IDK how to fix the (Boot) and (VGA) error codes. I’ve unplugged and plugged everything back in and disconnected and reconnected my GPU. I also took out the GPU and plugged my HDMI directly to the motherboard and still nothing. All the fans and RGB turn on but no post. I checked the ram just in case but nothing. Could you please provide some assistance 

 

parts list:

Tug gameing GeForce RTX nvidia 3070 GPU 

 

ROG Strix z490-A motherboard 

 

corsair vengeance ram 2 sticks of 8 

 

corsair RM750x PSU

 

Intel i9 10900k
