Budget? Motherboard size? What will be the specs? any preferences? also you might mean RGB fans in a case with window panel and preferably mesh front

I can't really say I've seen a good RGB case I actually like. The majority of them out there have really bad thermals or I just don't like the look of them. It really comes down to your preference. There are RGB lighting accessories I like and would use to light up the case.
