I’m wondering what upgrades I should get I currently have a 

i5 3470 

8 gigs ram 

GeForce 1030

2tb hdd

I’m only looking to run Subnautica uebs  and tf2 currently but there might be new games in the future also 4K might be nice for some games but I don’t do any Netflix or any other streaming

Budget for upgrade? Country?

For playing games a better graphics card would help.

An SSD would also help make the computer feel more responsive on general tasks, start up, etc.

 

i5 3470 and 8GB of memory should be fine for the games you're trying to play so no need to change that.
