Personally I would go for a kit of 3600MHz (you can get a kit of G.Skill Ripjaws V 3600MHz CL18 for about $5-10 more), and I might bump the PSU up to a 500w+, but otherwise it looks good, and if you didn't change out anything, it would still be a pretty nice system.

This is about the cheapest one I would recommend. Make sure to check with the PSU tier list before buying a unit though.
