12v atx problem .

i bought a new MB , PSU, processor and a ram . i5 10400 , 550watts seassonic , h410 h2s gigabyte and 2x8GB sticks.

poblem is when i connect the 2x 4pin 12v atx to the M.B the external GPU (rx 580) dont work and if i connect the hdmi to it , it gives me 5 short beeps at the start .

now when i connect a single 4 pin 12x atx to the M.B the internal GPU wont work and again when i connect the hdmi to the MB gpu it gives me 5 short beeps.
