I want to get into videography but I know next to nothing about cameras basically all I know I learned from Linus Tech Tips which I guess is a fair bit. I don't really want to spend a whole lot of money especially since it will be a hobby not a job nor will it be anytime soon I don't want to spend over 200USD if that unless I have too. I plan to do some more research after I post this but I wanted to get some advice from some other sources. Oh yeah I should probably mention what I'm even buying, I need a camera and any other gear I need for getting into film making (not including a pc or software).

Everything for $200? Honestly, at that price point, just use your phone and spend the money on accessories like a tripod and mic. Even then, $200 will not be enough.

I have a tripod so that won't be an issue. I won't be getting high end or even mid range I just want something to start with. My phone records in a super low res and a low fps so I can't use it, I know there's cheap cameras out there and like I said I just want something to start with as long as I can record at 720p30 I'll be happy attachment compatibility would be nice but not neccisary. I expect to spend more a little later on for lighting and audio then eventually a new camera.
