Board getting power but no post?

I just recently got a Ryzen 5 3600, Asus TUF X570 Plus WiFi, and 16 gigs of Corsair Vengeance 3200 mhz ram and I installed everything but theres no post. Theres no spinning fans from the cpu, gpu, or case. The only sign of life is the Aura sync RGB, nothing from the error code rgb thing. When I press/hold the power button, the rgb goes off but comes back as soon as I let go.

Do you have a full specs list? I'd start by making sure everything is plugged in correctly.

Sure! I know I have a 80+ Bronze PSU thats 500 watts, a XFX GTS RX 580, some cheap Cyberpower prebuilt case, thats where the psu comes from, and we’re pretty sure we have everything plugged in correctly.
