Options for adding bluetooth functionality to a gigabyte A320-DS2?

Recently I got gifted some very nice bluetooth earphones, and until now I've never had an issue with my board's lack of bluetooth functionality, but I'd obviously like to use my new earphones with my PC.

I'd need a card with bluetooth 5.1 functionality which I can install into my motherboard, I'm not a big tech guy so to be honest abbreviations like PCIe scare me!

Any help is greatly appreciated
