If I had to prescribe a fix based on the info you shared with us:

plug your ears.

 

The more details you share, the more we are able to actually help.

 

Side note, I learned recently that the majority of RMAs to Corsair's PSU department are due to dead bugs in the power supply.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

 

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

make sure your power supply is properly mounted and that the fan is facing a vent. 

 

AMD blackout rig

 

cpu: ryzen 5 3600 @4.4ghz @1.35v

gpu: rx5700xt 2200mhz

mobo: gigabyte b550 auros pro 

psu: cooler master mwe 650w

Well, yeah, that's the worst model PSU EVGA sells.

 

That's a VERY LOW END, VERY LOW Quality PSU, if you want something quieter then you have to move into the higher tiers.

 

Like a EVGA BQ or GQ.
