Hey guys Im at wits end for trying to diagnose this, and I need help.
My PC seems to randomly shutdown almost like it looses power for a second, and one of two things happen:
1) More often then not It will just power back up like nothing happened. - Of course I lose all my unsaved work which is starting to become an issue.
2) Semi rarely the PC will have power... but won't do anything. All the lights will be on, RGB on the Motherboard and RAM, The Power LED will be on, Even the LEDs in the analog audio ports will be on. But the power button won't do anything, the fans won't be spinning, the POST code display won't display anything. According to my UPS the thing will be drawing only a few Watts. - Unplugging and replugging in the PC is the only way to "fix" it.

When this happens is completely random. Ive had it happen when playing games, Ive had it when the PC idles, some days it happens multiple times a day, sometimes i just don't happen at all.
I don't think it is heat related? I have Argus Monitor installed on my PC to control the bottom intake fans based on GPU temperature, and with that a handy system tray icon that shows CPU and GPU temperature, both never go above 65c.

My Specs are as follows:
CPU:  Ryzen 3700X
Mobo: Asus Crosshair VIII Impact.
GPU:  MSI Gaming X GTX1060 (6GB) I would upgrade this if GPUs ever became available...
RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) Trident Z RGB 3000Mhz CL14 (Running at XMP speeds)
PSU: Corsair SF750 Platinum - I know about the Oct 2019 - March 2020 recall, this one was manufactured after that recall and has a larger lot code.

SSDs: XPG SX8200 Pro 1TB + 256GB + Samsung 860 EVO 1TB
All packed into an Ncase M1 -  The CPU cooler is a Noctua NH-C14, with some A12x15s on the side panel right ontop of the CPU cooler, This is why I am trying out argus to control the bottom fans based on the GPU temperature, since those two fans are pretty much right under the GPU.

As I mentioned I have the PC hooked up to a UPS, so it isn't random power outs. Not to mention nothing else attached to the UPS seems to be affected.
I haven't overclocked anything, everything should be at stock settings (I'd like to solve this before even attempting to overclock)
