im pretty sure you know this but here it goes:in case you don't need the build right now you coul wait for a couple of months until gpu and cpu shortages get resolved.in that case you would be able to get a 5800x for the same price as the 3800x while saving money on the gpu

solid build but the cooler is a little weak and the one you plan on buying comes with thermal compound much like most coolers so I'd recommend taking that out of the build

Imo take the thermal paste out because the hyper 212 has it pre-applied but keep the hyper 212. Replace the 3800x with the 5800x. By the time you can get your hands on a rtx3080 for $700 the 5800x should be in stock too.
