Error e 702 on davinci resolve 16 , help.

Hi,  I downloaded  davinci 16 couple days ago I tried to use it but every time I am doing something on it there is an error 702 something about the gpu

. Can anyone help or tell me why that happening.

I have i7 10700k with 1660 super .

And another q is why cant I add mkv media to that software?
