Power multiple case fans

So my motherboard only has a single 4pin Chassis Fan and I only have a rear exhaust fan. Im looking to get 3 more case fans to put on the front and I was wondering if I can use this and is it good? https://www.amazon.com/CRJ-4-Pin-Molex-Sleeved-Adapter/dp/B075NPZ94N

What's your motherboard? If you have some extra USB headers, there are some fan controllers you can get that will be a little bit better than just having static rpm fans.

From what I've seen, you can flip the connector, so the fans run on 5v, instead of 12v

Just get a proper 10$ fan controller. You know ones that adapt from a fan header instead of molex? Yeah literally just plug them in to a fan header and boom that fan header is not split into multiple fan headers. All fans plugged into that splitter will run at the speed set on that fan header and will be seen by the system as 1 one.
