Will this Add in card work with display out?

Hey guys, I'm looking into buying this but I don't know fully if it will work.

 

USB 3.1 Type-C PCIe Card HH/FH for MT/SFF | Dell UK

 

I want to be able to plug in a display port from my pc into that card and then be able to use the USB-C with a port replicator.

 

Could anyone let me know if this will work please

Thanks, I'm trying to find other options. What should I search for to fine things similar to this?

Don't know, I had been looking for USB-C cards a couple of months ago that support all the goodies like DP, power delivery and multiple port cards that actually use wider PCIe buses than the usual "x1 link with onboard hub" to have full bandwidth on each port and Delock was basically the only company that came out making them.
