IBUYPOWER Pre built concern

Hey guys I had a question regarding a recent order on ibuypower I made. So I bought a prebuilt with a 3070 and I’ve been hearing things about people getting their prebuilt with a dead / messed up gpu, specifically the 3070. Should I be concerned about this or is this a rare occurrence.

Don't they try out the computer before sending it? Seems dumb to build it and not even test it before sending it out.
