I have heard that I need a Z series chipset to oc and run my memory at 3200 MHz 

If this is true what is a good looking (aesthetically) and feature wise z490 board that is cheap

Yes, because you won't be able to overclock anything without a Z-series motherboard.

For $150 ~ $200 USD, here are a few good recommendations, especially if you are overclocking the CPU.

• ASUS PRIME Z490-A -- 6 (x2) + 1 phase VRM, 45A each, rated as Tier-B
• Gigabyte Z490 Vision G -- 12 + 1 phase VRM, 50A each, rated as Tier-B
• Gigabyte Z490 Aorus Elite (AC) --  12 + 1 phase VRM, 50A each, rated as Tier-A  (Tier A vs the Vision G due to better VRM cooling design)
• MSi Z490-A Pro -- 6(x2) +1 phase VRM, rated as Tier-C

Will the msi one be fine for oc? And running memory at 3200

DDR4-3200 won't be a problem; heck even up to DDR4-3600.

The VRMs on the MSi one is a bit weaker compared to the ASUS and Gigabyte boards, and the heatsinks over the VRM are smaller.

For the reason, the VRMs will run a little hotter on the MSi board, especially when overclocking.

 

If the price difference between the MSi Z390-A Pro and say... the Gigabyte Aours Elite is small, I'd get the Gigabyte over the MSi 100%.

You quoted yourself...so I didn't get the notification...

 

The "AC" version was Wi-Fi ( 802.11ac ) and Bluetooth 5 antennas built into the back of the motherboard.

The "normal" version does not.

 

Usually the "AC" version is $20 ~ $30 more?

But sometimes, depending on sales and stuff, it can be cheaper / same price at the regular version.

What?

"Normal" version doesn't have Bluetooth...

You need the "AC" version to get BOTH Wi-Fi + Bluetooth... it's all or nothing.

 

(Double check the pictures I included 802.11ac WIFI & BT 5)
