Advice for overlocking.

So I got a brand new CPU and I need to advice or tips on how to overclock it, amusing it can be. I have a Core i7-10700 (Non-K) and a B460M-D3H Gigabyte motherboard and two 8Gigs of ram equaling to 16 Gigs. I heard around the web and on Youtube that I can overclock this CPU but it's not a K variant. Is this true and if so, can someone give me a helping hand on how to overclock it?
