so i went in to defrag tool and it say that my ssd is ok (0 days since last run) i no that you don't defrag SSD but is windows just doing it schedule is off

if you have schedule off then it "should not" auto defrag the drive.

This is why I use Defraggler. Because Windows built-in Defrag is a pile of poop.

I haven't noticed it lacking enough to the point of warranting third party help

Defraggler can defrag on an individual file basis and puts the big ones at the end of the HDD (helps prevent further fragmentation). Windows built-in defrag does not.

Then there's the graph that shows you what needs to be defragged. 

Then there's the fact that a few Windows tools seem broken to me by default (in 8 at least which appears to be what OP is using). Backup doesn't even work for me. It broke and constantly wants me to fix it, but just locks up when I try and open it. Nothing short of a registry edit or fresh install could fix it.
