ryzen 5 3600 temps

i have a kraken x53 aio and my ryzen 5 3600 heats to 60c when boosting to 4ghz and is 40c on idle while the aio is at 2k rpm is this normal

when i turn off core performance boos is stays in the 30s at all times

This is going to be relative to your ambient temperatures, but 60° is nothing to be concerned with under load.

is it good for that temp with a aio it seems a bit high but on my old air cooler stock amd one is would hit 70ish

It's within the expected range, not amazing but also not terrible. Ryzen third gen idles a little warm. Your load temperatures are nothing to be concerned with. Mid 80's is where I would start to get concerned, 95° IS when it will throttle itself to bring temps down.

do you know of any good bios/nzxt aio settings to bring my load temps down to low 50s

I don't, but again, you're concerned with something that isn't an issue. Your temps are perfectly fine, squarely in the middle of where they should be.

If you want to bring them down, you're going to be undervolting and/or increasing your fan and pump speeds. I have zero experience undervolting Ryzen systems, but my understanding is, similar to overclocking, you have very little wiggle room to keep it stable. Increasing your fan and pump speeds will also increase noise. If this is a tradeoff you're okay with (again, I'm suggesting here that where you're at is perfectly fine), you should be able to do so within NZXT CAM software.

i just left aio fan speed a max s.7k rpm and configured it for liqued temps and got it down to 45-56c during full load
