Sp120 rgb pro fans not working

Hi! so I just built my first build and i used 2 sp120 corsair rgb pro fans. when i turned the system on and booted it up I noticed that the i could not customize the Rgb from the Icue software. all the fans are connected to the hub and the RGB works but i just can't customise it, any reason why?

USB connected? And remember to assign controls to devices (or something like that).
