Ram issue

I bought a new ram ( hyperx predator 2x8 ) but it doesnt run in dual channel mode. Rest of my specs is Ryzen 5 2600 and b450 gaming plus max.

How is the RAM installed? To run dual channel there must be a free slot in between the two sticks. (thanks to how the pinning works)

There is a free skot between them and I installed it how it should be installed

Yeah it shows i have 16 gigs and I have a b450 gaming plus max
