Onboard RGB won't sync with AURA on X470-F Rog Strix

Hello there, so ive got an Asus X470 rog strix -f. Everything was running perfectly until they replaced their AURA sync software with the armoury crate. My issue is that the mobo's onboard rgb strip seems abnormal. Sometime it works but its not in sync plus, armoury doesnt detect it. other times, it gets completely off. RAM and D'RBG-connected fans work perfectly and they are always on sync. Any ideas? Its not the end of the world but it gets on my nerves and my ocd levels are off the charts, haha!

 

Things i tried but never worked:

reinstallation of armoury crate

older bios

even had a full fresh install of windows

disable/enable aura through bios

 

running latest bios (5833)

latest armoury crate app (3.3.7.0)

updated all devices through armoury's update center
