Flashing rectangle

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Browsing forum

 

What happened?

Flashing rectangle would appear occasionally, scrolling removes it, but sometimes scrolling to the same spot would make it re-appear, it's inconsistent

 

So far only in LTT forum, haven't occured anywhere else, been few days

 

What did you expect to happen?

No flashing box

That looks like an issue with your browser's renderer to me. You can test that by trying to inspect element on it- it most likely won't show anything different to a few px to the left or right of it.
